Glass and Mirror Edging
Lenoir Mirror Company – Glass and Mirror Edging
Lenoir Mirror Company fabricates edges for both utilitarian and aesthetic purposes. The edging process involves abrasive grinding and polishing. Edging eliminates the sharp clean cut edge. Edges can be ground to a rounded - pencil - or flat shape. The edges can be polished to various levels of clarity. The 3 most common polishes we use or Standard, High Gloss, and Flat. We also can produce bevels on both straight line and shaped edges. Beveling is an abrasive grinding and polishing process that creates an angled surface around the perimeter of the glass/mirror. The angled surface begins at a distinct mitre line parallel to the edge of the product.
